This privacy policy explains how the myHR app collects, uses, and protects your data.

1. Data Collection and Usage

• Camera: The app requires camera access to allow employees to upload profile pictures and scan QR codes for attendance/clock-in purposes.
• Storage: The app accesses device storage to save and upload relevant HR documents, such as leave applications or claim receipts.
• Background Fetch: We use background fetch to ensure your employee dashboard and notification counts are up-to-date, even when the app is not actively in use.
• Notifications: We send push notifications to alert you of leave approvals, company announcements, and clock-in reminders.

2. Data Storage & Security

All personal data is stored on our secure company servers. We do not sell your data to third parties. Access is restricted to authorized HR personnel for administrative purposes only.

3. User Control

You can revoke permissions for the camera, storage, and notifications at any time through your iPhone System Settings. Note that disabling these may limit certain app functionalities (e.g., you cannot upload a receipt without camera/storage access).

4. Account Deletion
